Bars, Shadows

The world around us takes form by the interplay of light and darkness. When a luminous source shines upon an object, it casts a shadow. This phenomenon is known as casting shadows, and it's causes the striking contrast we see between the light and dark. Bars, because of their form, often create distinct shadows that can be quite fascinating.

Simple/Mundane/Everyday tasks like crossing/walking/traveling a street or interacting/communicating/talking to a stranger can feel overwhelming/daunting/intimidating. Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Reverberations in the Cell Block

The steel walls imprisoned the murmurs of a hundred lives gone. Each rattle of a chain, every deep footstep on the concrete floor, spoke a story. Stories of innocence, of hope, all mingling in a symphony of grief. Even in the quietude, one could feel the presence of their stories.
